Intensive Driving School Terms & Conditions

1. Student's are to personally insure that they are holders of a current valid provisional driving licence. If new style licence both photo card & paper counterpart are required. If old style paper licence please bring your valid Passport. Licences should be shown to your instructor at your first meeting. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they bring their licences, and if needed, their theory test pass certificate with them for their driving test.

2. Students taking intensive driving courses should make a minimum deposit of £100.00 and must be made with each booking. Deposit cheques are to be made in the name of J Sanderson and send to 69 Moss Lane Madeley Crewe CW3 9ED. Deposits with online bookings MUST be paid via the Paypal.

3. Any Balances payments paid by cheque need to paid 14 days prior to the course start date. Cash payments can be arranged for the first day of your course. All course balances must be paid in full before courses commence.

4. Cancellation notice is required to be sent by recorded post in writing to be received no less than 14 days prior to course start date. Courses will be charged for in full if cancelled with less than 14 days notice. Course deposits are non-refundable.

5. Driving tests always take priority over driving lessons. Any changes to a student's tuition time due to driving tests will be notified to the student. It is the responsibility of student to notify their instructor on receipt of their driving test appointment letter from the DSA to confirm their test details are the same as we told them.

6. Your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of his vehicle for the driving test if in the opinion of the instructor the students driving is actually or potentially dangerous, and it therefore not to test standard.

7. Driving tests are arranged as part of the course, we cannot be held responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the test by the DSA. However, we will do all that is possible to rearrange another test as quickly as possible and to help the customer reclaim any out of pocket expenses from the DSA.
